ADAO BUSINESS HOTEL
General
The adao hotels cooperative describes a residential building cooperative, with its headquarters in Sevelen, which is registered in the Commercial Registry for an unlimited time in terms of Article 828 ff of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The objective of the adao hotels cooperative is the building and management of hotel, seminar and restaurant organisation as well as renting of apartment blocks. The property is surrounded by unique landscapes and ideal traffic connections. Important business centers are only a few minutes away.
Hotel
The adao hotels that strive for the 4-star classification are mainly targeted to business people. The rooms are modern equipped and respond for example with WLAN and Flatscreen TV to the requirements of travelling persons. Suites
The junior suites are very spacious and can be rented also long-term. For longstay guests the suites offer excellent living comfort with interesting conditions. Restaurant
The restaurant with trendy and healthy food offers a 24-hours service. In the Business Class Lounge snacks around the clock are served. A Cheminйe-bar with a large choice of daily newspapers and business magazines invites the guests to stay and read. Female business Traveller
On a separate level a “ladies floor” will be set-up. Only women are allowed to enter and the rooms are equipped based on business women’s requirements.

PARKHOTEL BAD RANS
GENERAL
The company Bad Rans was established to acquire the existing properties of the old SPA as well as enough property for the respective re- and new constructions. A revision of the old sulphur spring and a generous new building are in planning. A comfortable hotel that strives for the 4-star-plus classification will be developed in Bad Rans, surrounded by a unique landscape with ideal traffic connections. The emphasis of this Resort lies in hotel, seminars, restaurants and Medical SPA.
Especially the „Medical SPA“ sector differs completely from existing proposals. We focus on the medical and individual care of our guests to attain a balance in relaxation and activity, together with medical beauty care and anti-aging programmes - from LIFESTYLE TO HEALTHSTYLE. The three restaurants with the traditional Swiss, buffet and gourmet kitchen provide enough space and ambiance for private and business requirements. The uniqueness of this project is achieved by the clearly defined position on the market. The planning includes a construction volume of 87ґ300 m3 and investments of approximately CHF 122 mio.
HOTEL
The hotel with 128 double rooms, 12 wellness suites, 9 junior suites and 7 penthouse suites offers a total of 312 beds. VIENNA INTERNATIONAL (www.vi-hotels.com) will take over hotel management and pre-opening.
SEMINAR
10 generous and well-equipped seminar and conference rooms for 6 to 200 persons, as well as a ballroom for approx. 250 persons are available.
SUITES
9 junior suites can be rented on long-term. The target group are people from the uppermiddle- class. The seven very spacious penthouse suites offer a fantastic view of the Rhine valley, the Castle of Vaduz and the surrounding mountains.
RESTAURANT
For variety, we offer three different restaurants which provide biological and healthy nutrition. Regional products will be favoured and local as well as international specialities offered.
MEDICAL SPA AND CARDIOLOGY CENTER

This oasis offers a luxuriously built area, starting with medical care, nutrition management, passive/active areas (relaxation/recovery = SPA/Fitness), active-aging, medical beauty care and cardiology. Well integrated in the hotel complex the Medical SPA with Cardio Center is covering approx. 4ґ500 m2.
INVESTORS
Everyone can take part in the Bad Rans cooperative, either as a guest, as partner (supplier) or as an investor. The cooperative becomes an owner of property and the real estates.
MINIMUM INVESTMENT
Members as investors draw minimum CHF 10‘000 participation certificates. There are no expenses or commissions on the invested capital for the investor.
INVESTMENT DURATION OF THE DRAWN CAPITAL
The drawn funds are invested for at least 36 months. Afterwards the investment can be canceled in accordance with the statutes.
RETURN RATE ON CAPITAL EMPLOID
The shares are basically interest-bearing. The interest rate is specified by the board. At the moment the return rate is 5 % p/a*.
PAYOUT DIVIDEND
The general assembly decides how to use the net earnings.
LIABILITY
The cooperative is liable for its debts exclusively. The members of cooperative are not liable for debts of cooperative. Any call for additional cover is excluded.

INVESTORS
In addition to the cooperatives which buy apartments or apartment blocks there are also those cooperatives which apply exclusively for share certificates for investment purposes. The equity is used to supplement the financings by the bank.
MINIMUM INVESTMENT
Members as investors draw minimum CHF 5‘000 participation certificates. No commission or charges are levied on invested capital.
INVESTMENT DURATION OF THE DRAWN CAPITAL
The drawn funds are invested in accordance with the statutes for either 18 or 36 months.
RETURN RATE ON CAPITAL EMPLOID
The paid-up share cooperative share certificates are interest-bearing as a basic principle. The rate of interest is proposed by the advisory board, and is set by the general meeting.
NET YIELD
The general assembly decides how to use the net earnings.
LIABILITY
The cooperative is liable for its debts exclusively. The members of cooperative are not liable for debts of cooperative. Any call for additional cover is excluded. The risk on this investment can be considered to be extremely low, and is restricted to the expectation of interest and net yields. The cooperative society only builds on good, specially chosen sites. The prices of the apartments and apartment blocks are commensurate with those in the local area, despite the high specifications.
