Location

A few kilometres away from Geneva and the site of the European headquarters of the United Nations, College du Leman is located in Versoix, on an attractive and extensive campus of 8 hectares.

The country town of Versoix, with its 11'000 residents, benefits from the abundant cultural opportunities, the stores and international transport links of nearby Geneva, yet is far enough to be outside the bustle of urban life.

Institut Montana is located above Zug, which is between Zurich and Lucerne. Our school is approximately one hour by car from the International Airport of Zurich and may be reached from the Zug train station by bus (Number 11 in the direction of "Schonegg") and cable car to the "Zugerberg". It is of course also possible to drive to the school. From "Kolinplatz" in Zug turn left and follow the "Aegeristrasse" and turn right at the signs to the "Zugerberg".

Academic Programs

The programme of studies taught in English or French combines academic subjects up to university entrance level with a holistic framework, providing art, music, drama, sports and expeditions for personal development.

At Beau Soleil, students can pursue high level academic studies in preparation for university entry. At the same time they can enjoy an environment that helps them develop their individual skills and master the art of living in a community. Small classes enable the teaching staff to give individual attention to each student.

Founded in 1882, Brillantmont International School houses some 100 boarding boys and girls and about 50 day students. All these people live and study on the campus, which is located in a large park in the centre of Lausanne, Switzerland.

Located on the shores of Lake Geneva, Lausanne is a French-speaking city of 250,000 inhabitants. A city of learning, it is home to institutes of international renown, such as the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, the University of Lausanne and the IMD.

The Institut auf dem Rosenberg is located between Lake Constance and the Alpstein (part of the Alps), which allows intense experiences of the changing seasons and a near unlimited range of sporting activities for children and young people. Clean air, a temperate climate and healthy, natural surroundings help our young people to counterbalance the over-stimulation from which most of them suffer today.

Location

Villars is a ski resort, offering over 200km of ski runs, with a world-wide reputation. The town is situated on a sunny plateau in the heart of the Vaudois Alps at an altitude of 1250 m. Villars is within easy reach of Lausanne and Geneva. It is an idyllic location with a magnificent south facing panorama including views of the Mont Blanc.

The school, set well away from the traffic, consists of a main building and a new luxury annex standing in a wooded park, where the children pursue various sporting activities. In the winter the children are able to ski directly back to the school. The school houses 55 boarders (boys and girls) drawn from aIl parts of the world and consisting of many races and religions. It also welcomes day students. The same international mix also characterises the students attending our summer school
